Activity picked up a little this week in the SPAC area with 6 new mergers, 5 new IPOs and 9 new SPAC S-1 filings. The average pre-trade SPAC is trading strongly at $ 9.81. We recap the week below:

6 mergers announced this week, with Pioneer / Acorns getting the most media buzz. All of the announced mergers increased on day one, although small “pops” and the majority of these PSPCs are always below their net asset value.
