New offer gives customers another option for contactless shopping ahead of the holiday season

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, October 13, 2020 / PRNewswire / – Belk today announced the launch of Same Day Delivery, where customers can place orders on Belk.com and have their purchases delivered to their doorstep the same day. This is the retailer’s latest offering to expand its omnichannel options to customers while providing a contactless shopping experience.

Belk’s New Same Day Delivery Service Gives Customers Another Option for Contactless Purchases Before the Holidays

Here’s how it works: Customers place an order online before 2 p.m. ET and select “Same Day Delivery” when checking out. Then a Belk personal shopper will fill the order and deliver it directly to the customer’s door by 9:00 p.m. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET will be delivered the next day. Same day delivery is available on select merchandise for $ 9.95 on orders of $ 49 and over and $ 14.95 on orders under $ 49. Qualifying items are easy to locate online with a same day delivery icon.

Customers receive an additional 10% discount on their contactless curbside pickup orders.
