MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING INCOME OBLIGATIONS
(RESIDENCES AT ARBOR OAKS) 2021 SERIES
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Harris County Housing Authority Public Facility Corporation (the “Issuer”), Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 5.30 p.m. via videoconference (see information below), in relation to an issue of income bonds for multi-family dwellings (the “Bonds”), to be issued by the issuer in one or more series of tax-exempt bonds with an aggregate principal amount not exceeding 20,000 $ 000. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to The Residences at Arbor Oaks, LP (or a person related or affiliated with it, the “Borrower”), to finance a portion of the development and construction costs of a rental development. multi-family residential called Residences at Arbor Oaks (the “Development”), containing approximately 192 units and to be located near the southwest corner of the intersection of Grant Road and Jones Road (near SW Corner), Houston ETJ, Harris County, Texas 77070. The development will initially be the property of the borrower.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing to express their views on the development and issuance of the Bonds or to submit comments prior to the hearing to [email protected]. This notice is published and the hearing described above is to be held in accordance with the requirements of Section 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code 1986, as amended, regarding the condition precedent to public approval to the exclusion of gross income for the federal government. for tax purposes interest on the Bonds, with the exception of taxable bonds.
