The Alpha Tau (W.Va.) chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, the International Honorary Organization for Women Educators, held its May meeting at Tomlinson Run State Park in New Manchester. President Diane Bowers opened the meeting.

Thought for the Day, given by Chaplain Kathy Griffith, was a reading from The Secret Place. A roll call was taken and the minutes were approved as circulated. Treasurer Fran Jones presented the financial report and other committee reports were also presented. The amendments to the statutes of the section were voted on and approved. Bowers discussed the International Convention and Educational Symposium which will be held virtually in July.

The program was a silent auction with the proceeds going to cystic fibrosis.

Hostesses for the meeting were Diane Bowers, Kathy Griffith, Velda Icard and Fran Jones.
